Our Dish Diplomacy Program is a series of Cooking exchange program where we believe food speaks louder than words in fostering cultural exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this program, locals are matched with Hongkongers to share recipes close to their hearts. Through the mutual interest in cooking, a dialogue on culture and heritage naturally unfolds, enriching our understanding of each other’s backgrounds and fostering meaningful connections with other cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/i>I loved the sharing of cultures through food, a fantastic way to learn more about each other and how food plays such an important part of our everyday lives. Lovely to feel like we played a part in helping others integrate into a new culture. Also it was very easy to talk to everyone as we all had a common interest without feeling overwhelmed. It was great to learn some new dishes and meet new people. What I loved about it was it gave my daughter the confidence to cook a dish independently at home. \n\n<\/span><\/i><\/p>
