Dish Diplomacy – Cooking Exchange Series

Our Dish Diplomacy Program is a series of Cooking exchange program where we believe food speaks louder than words in fostering cultural exchange.

In this program, locals are matched with Hongkongers to share recipes close to their hearts. Through the mutual interest in cooking, a dialogue on culture and heritage naturally unfolds, enriching our understanding of each other’s backgrounds and fostering meaningful connections with other cultures.

I loved the sharing of cultures through food, a fantastic way to learn more about each other and how food plays such an important part of our everyday lives. Lovely to feel like we played a part in helping others integrate into a new culture. Also it was very easy to talk to everyone as we all had a common interest without feeling overwhelmed.
